Return or Exchange
The product's condition that we accept for a return or exchange is new and slightly used products. This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used. Just make sure it is in good condition.
We know that every situation is different and in some cases, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a return policy during which you can return your order for a refund or exchange it.
Return
You are allowed to return defective and non-defective products within 30 days (30 calendar days) from the delivery date. Just remember that after this time, we can't offer refunds or exchanges. Any product you send back must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Please retain the receipt.
Things to Remember When Preparing Your Return
- Contact us firstly to request the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) info@qiditech3dprinter.com. The China return address will be sent in the RMA.
- Write the RMA number that we provide you on the outside of the package box. This will ensure your return is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Returns should be placed in an outer shipping box to avoid any damage to the original product packaging.
- Do not write on the original retail product packaging.
- If you decide to return or exchange your item(s), shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Customer's responsibility for the return label, there is no handling fee, no restocking Fee. Return method is sent by post.
- If we send the wrong product, or the product is damaged, the cost will be borne by us.
Refunds
When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once processed, your refund will be issued. Refunds will be in the form of the original payment. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 3 business days to appear in your account.
Exchange
If you wish to make an exchange, we will accept exchanges provided you reach out to us within 30 days (30 calendar days) of the delivery date. We will handle the exchange for you. Contact us first to request the RMA.
Customer Responsibility
- For customer remorse, this happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or they no longer want the product.
- Pay for the actual cost of return shipping.
- Send return Tracking Number.
Cancel Order and Refund
If you want to cancel the order within 2 hours of placing the order, on a working day, please contact us. We will reply with a confirmation email within 8 hours of the working time, and process the order cancellation for you, and refund you, you will receive an order cancellation and refunded notification email. If you did not receive a notification email within 12 hours of the working day, please contact us. For orders placed more than 8 hours ago, we cannot cancel the order or issue a refund.
